Welcome to Cappy, a focus and self-care companion app published by MobileByteSensei ("we", "us"). By downloading or using Cappy, you agree to these terms.
Using Cappy
- Cappy is provided for your personal, non-commercial use.
- The core experience is free and works without an account. Optional sign-in syncs your progress across devices.
- You're responsible for keeping your device and any account credentials secure.
Cappy Plus (subscriptions)
- Cappy offers an optional subscription, Cappy Plus, that unlocks the full companion experience.
- Subscriptions are billed through Google Play (or the applicable app store). Pricing and billing period are shown before you purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel anytime in your Google Play account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Cosmetic items and companion growth are earned in-app and confer no real-world value; they are not exchangeable for money.

Cappy supports focus and self-care habits. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychological, or clinical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you're struggling, please reach out to a qualified professional.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the app, attempt to disrupt the service, or reverse-engineer it except as permitted by law.
Availability & changes
We may update, improve, or discontinue features. We aim to keep Cappy running smoothly but provide it "as is," without warranties, to the extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
